With more than 25 years of Commercial and Residential construction experience, Tom Devlin started and has grown TCD Construction into a diverse general contracting company.  Tom started as a laborer in the building trades while attending college and has worked his way up the corporate construction management ladder with experience as a Project Superintendent, Project Manager, and Director of Purchasing and Estimating.  With 19 years of experience in the Las Vegas Valley market, Tom has seen and been part of  the vast growth in this market.  Tom is a licensed General Contractor and with his qualifications allowing him to maintain a B general unlimited license in the state of Nevada in commercial and residential construction.  Tom has vast experience with:
